An important and unique project on Squamish Nation land

The Senákw project is the largest First Nations real estate economic development in Canada, providing primarily purpose-built rental housing of approximately 4 million square feet. 

Consisting of four phases, Phase One comprises three towers and one pavilion on the west side of the Burrard Street Bridge, containing 1,410 rental homes, including 117 affordable units over three towers of 26, 31, and 39 storeys. The project also includes 37,711 square feet of commercial use, a district energy plant, and a parkade. 

Phase Two comprises four towers and one pavilion on the east side of the Burrard Street Bridge, containing 1,554 rental homes. Towers are 12, 22, 30, and 54 storeys.
