The project also includes 37,711 square feet of commercial use, a district energy plant, and a parkade.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phase Two comprises four towers and one pavilion on the east side of the Burrard Street Bridge, containing 1,554 rental homes.
